1. Happy Holidays to all, we know that you are looking forward to 2010. 
        
2. 2009 season summary forms (see attached) are due January 15, 2010.  You can fax or email your sheet.
   
   
3. The 2nd annual Atlantic Coast Invitational meet will be held on Sunday, February 7 @ the Boo Williams Sportsplex in Hampton.  For more info, go to our website.  Additionally, there will be two other indoor meets held on January 17 & February 28 @ the same place.  
   
   
4. We will need volunteers to help w/ our meet on February 14.  Call Coach Pugh @ (757) 635-8284 for more info.
   
   
5.  The 2010 AAU Jr. Olympics will be held @ Norfolk State University from July 30 thru August 7.   The top six from the District meet will qualify for the J.O.’s   
   
   
6. The 2010 USATF official’s clinic will be held on February 7.  Contact Bill Boyd (USATF Master Official) or the League office for more info.
   
   
7. Here is a TENTATIVE schedule (thru June) for 2010:      
   • April 17 – 757 Invitational
   • April 24 – Newtown Inv
   • May 1 – Churchland Invitational
   • May 8 – Real Deal Track Classic
   • May 15 – Technique Relays
   • May 22 – Suffolk Stars Invitational / Henrico Pacers Inv
   • TBD – VA USATF State
   • TBD – AAU Disctrict Qualifier
   • Either June 19th or June 26– Atlantic Coast Inv
   • TBD – Flames Inv
     
     
8. Again, this is TENTATIVE. A final schedule w/ all meet info will be available in early February.
