1. Congratulations for another great job in 2010. Our teams did outstanding thispast season
   
   
2. 2010 season summary forms (see attached) are due December 15, 2010. You can fax or email your sheet.
   
   
3. The VA AAU association will be having a planning meeting for the 2011 Indoor and outdoor season on Sunday, November 14 at 2:00 @ the Boo Williams Sportsplex (BWSP) in Hampton
   
   
4. The annual USATF convention will be held this year in VA Beach, VA on December 1 thru 4. The convention features excellent coaching clinics, officiating clinics, and other seminars. For a complete schedule and registration information, got to www.usatf.org
   
   
5. High School coaches, please spread the word that three league teams will be hosting High School Indoor meets @ BWSP – Real Deal (Dec. 10 & 11), Suffolk Stars (January 15 & 16) & Atlantic Coast (February 4 & 5).
   
   
6. The 3nd annual Atlantic Coast Invitational meet will be held on Sunday, February 13 @ the Boo Williams Sportsplex in Hampton. For more info, go to our website. Additionally, there will be three other indoor meets held in January & February @ the same place.
   
   
7. We will need volunteers to help w/ our meet on February 13. Call Coach Pugh @ (757) 635-8284 for more info.
