  1. Our Meet is almost here. We still need to get the list of 8 volunteers from a couple of teams. Please have your list ready by June 25. You will be contacted on that date by the league office and it is imperative that we get as many volunteers as possible.

  2. Please fax or mail a copy of your team roster to the league office before Monday June 25. These names are needed for the souvenir program and they will be printed on the back of the t-shirts that will be sold at the meet. Address and fax number are listed below.

  3. If you would like for some additional information about your club (in the souvenir program) other than your roster, location, and coaches - please include this with your team roster. This information is strongly recommended.

  4. All volunteers/officials must be at Todd Stadium at 8:00am on Saturday June 30. There will be a meeting held at that time.

  5. We will select one outstanding male and female at our meet. Please nominate any of your athletes who excel at our meet.

  6. This meet will also serve as the League Championship with Trophies being awarded to the first and second place teams.

  7. Reminder - Entry deadline is June 26.

  8. Like we discussed at our annual meeting, clubs are strongly encouraged to share fund raising ideas. Remember there is strength in numbers.

  9. USATF Youth Chair, Dwight Porter would like to thank all of the volunteers who helped at his meet. Also, you will be receiving - if you already haven't - a memo from him concerning declaring athletes who were not declared at the meet.
