- If you are interested in some t-shirts for your club, please contact the league office. We have worked out an arrangement with one of the local companies where we can get the shirts at a super rate. This can be used for fund raising or simply recognizing your club. Again, call for quotes.
- Teams that are interested (3 teams expressed interest at the annual meeting) in creating a website, contact the league office. We are now ready to construct sites for teams that would like one.

- Jim Holdren (VA President) presented the Association's Strategic Improvement plan. This plan included getting a website, hosting championships in areas that are dormant like LDR, discussing items relevant to membership, and increasing funding for delegates attending the National Convention.
- Motion was made (and passed) for the USATF not to conflict with any other organization if they are having a championship event (i.e. cross country) on the same date. The organizations will work together with each establishing their own criteria within their respective guidelines.
