The USATF and AAU Cross Country meets will be held separately instead of together. The USATF Association meet will be held on November 10, and the AAU Association meet will be held on November 17. Both meets will be held at the Sportsplex facility in Virginia Beach and both races will start at noon (youngest age groups) with the course walk at 11:00am. More information will be mailed to you the respective organizations within the next two weeks. If you need more information before then, contact the League Office.
So far, we have only received five team summaries. I've enclosed another form if
you did not return your form. Please fax this sheet to the League Office ASAP @
757-494-1825, so that we can complete the summer statistics. Thank you for your
cooperation.
The League Annual Meeting will be held on Sunday, December15 at Tower
Auditorium in Portsmouth. The time will be determined and you will be notified.
If you have any item(s),that you would like to put on the Agenda for our Annual
Meeting, please contact the League Office before November 30.
Please share any of your fund raising ideas with the League. Now is a good time
to start raising funds for next year.
