  5. We are curently in the process of updating our website. This update will include meet info for our 5th Annual meet, archive w/ all of the newsletters, club records for NIKE Atlantic Coast (elite athletes), different background, and links to different track websites. Let us know if you have any additional suggestions.

  6. HRAA (they sponsor the meet @ Norfolk Academy) President, Ken Lampert is interested in putting together a unique sprint relay in conjunction w/ the "Run for Sight" road race in August. He would like for the League to participate in the relay. More information will be available soon.
