  1. 2004 Funding checks from the League were mailed in mid January. If your team did not receive their check, please send in your 2003 season summary ASAP. The League will not release the funding checks until this information is received.
  2. The 6th Annual Atlantic Coast Track Invitational will be held on Saturday, June 26 @ Todd Stadium in Newport News. This meet will again double as the League Championship for all of the League teams. More Information will be available around March.
  3. The 2nd Annual Real Deal Youth Track Classic will be held on Saturday, May 8 @ Lakeland High School in Suffolk. The meet will have the following age groups: 8 & under, 9 & 10, 11 & 12, 13 & 14, and an unique open age group for 15 and older.
  4. A complete schedule (w/ POC's) for all of the meets for the upcoming season will be mailed to you around February 20.
  5. The Virginia USATF Association meeting will be held at 2:00pm on February 15 @ the Comfort Inn in Richmond.
  6. In order to have insurance (either thru AAU or USATF) for your practices, you must have a current membership along with a current practice schedule on file with the Association. Contact Faye Alexander in Richmond @ 804-353-9348 for more information.
  7. There will be an officials' clinic this Sunday, February 1 @ Christopher Newport University. Contact the League Office or Bill Boyd (757-235-6573) for more information.
  8. The coach's clinic that was tentatively scheduled for February has been postponed to a later TBD date.
