  1. Congratulations to all of the teams for having a great season. This season was arguably the best for the League teams.

  2. Thanks to all of you, the 8th annual Atlantic Coast Track Invitational was a huge success. All of the league teams provided numerous volunteers, and again the meet was run without a hitch. Special Thanks also to Meet Director, Vincent Pugh for ensuring that the meet was "first class." Norfolk Real Deal won the overall team title.

  3. This was also the first year for the Atlantic Coast Timing system. We will be available to time Cross Country meets and Indoor Track Meets this year. Spread the word about our availability for more meets.

  4. Enclosed is the 2006 season summary form. Please complete this form and return it to the League Office before September 15. Thanks

  5. Our League Annual Meeting will be held on Sunday, December 10 at Tower Auditorium at 2:00pm. Please mark you calendar and ensure that you have at least one representative from your club.
