1. Congratulations to all teams for having an outstanding season.
   
   
2. Please return the season summary form (included) to the League Office before December 5. Also, if any of your club members are having good high school football or cross country seasons, let us know so they can be recognized.
   
   
3. We will have an annual meeting this year on Sunday, December 9th @ 2:00pm at Tower Auditorium. It is imperative that you or a representative from your club is present. Additionally, Food (chicken wings, meat balls, veggie trays, salads, and deserts) will be served. We can eat during our discussions, and hope to conclude in one hour. Contact the League Office if you have any topics of interest.
   
   
4. Please read the Presidential notes (included) from Kermit.
   
   
5. Our timing system – Atlantic Coast Timing System – was commended by Norfolk Public Schools for helping them have an efficient Middle School Track Championship meet in October. Additionally, we sponsored trophies for the outstanding male and female athlete for the meet..
   
   
6. The State USATF Cross Country Championship Meet will be held on Sunday, November 11@ Pole Green Park in Mechanicsville, VA. Contact the League Office for info.
   
   
7. The State AAU Cross Country Championship Meet will be held on Saturday, November 17 @ the Sportsplex in VA Beach. Contact the League Office for info.
   
   
8. The Virginia AAU Association will be having a Banquet on January 12 in Richmond to recognize the Gold Medalists in all AAU sports. For more info, contact J. Bullock @ 540-710- 1228.
